Expansion heralds Skipton’s relocation to larger premises

The Skipton Mortgage Centre has relocated to bigger premises at 15-17 Esplanade in St Helier, Jersey. Previously situated in Waterloo Street, the move comes at a time when the company’s numbers have expanded considerably, with increased product offerings and demand for expertise in the mortgage market.

Lorraine McLean is the Mortgage Centre’s Manager, and said:

“Today we close the office doors at Waterloo Street for the very last time. The team at Skipton Jersey have spent many happy times in our previous home and it has definitely served us well over the years but we’re now excited to be taking up residence at the superbly located 15-17 Esplanade.

“This is another sign of our ongoing commitment to the Jersey market. Many things will remain the same, such as our unparalleled levels of outstanding service, coupled with an excellent range of mortgage propositions, one which is all backed up by some superb colleagues

“There is now room for more Jersey employment for mortgage administration support, some of which is currently undertaken in the Guernsey office.
