Not quite a Career Catastrophe

Natalie Cutts-Watson

Skipton International is a proud member of the Skipton Group, home to a wide range of businesses that support numerous financial needs.

Working collaboratively across the Group provides us with unique insights, which we use to better meet the needs of our customers. These insights also have the potential to drive real change in the financial services markets. That’s why we strongly believe in making every interaction count.

Skipton Building Society heads up the Skipton Group, but Skipton International is an active member and we share numerous research papers in order to evaluate and grow our business. This includes striving to make a positive difference to wider society. For example, supporting local communities and giving colleagues time back to volunteer.

Skipton Group businesses are UK-based in the main. But we’re international too – our network stretches as far as New Zealand.

For example, Connells UK has 1,200 estate agency branches. And across the Group there are 18,000 colleagues. So, we know a thing or two about supporting people with their financial and housing priorities. The Skipton Group also includes Hamptons, and Jade Finance, based in New Zealand.

Recently, Natalie Cutts-Watson, Skipton International’s Assistant Customer Services Manager, took part in a new Group Initiative, a Podcast series entitled ‘Career Catastrophes’ – hear how she got on here:
