Skipton offers a range of some of the best offshore savings interest rates in Sterling, including Notice, Easy Access and Fixed Rate accounts. We also offer US Dollar accounts in Notice and Easy Access products. Skipton serves Channel Islanders, UK Expats and citizens of other countries around the world. We meet the offshore bank account needs of British Expats and other nationalities resident in over 100 countries.

Our mortgage products

Skipton International offers a range of mortgages for British Expats and foreign nationals looking to purchase a Buy-To-Let property in England, Scotland and Wales. Skipton International also offers Limited Company Lending allowing borrowers to purchase a Buy-To-Let property through a limited company which is set up for the sole purpose of property investment.

We also offer a range of mortgages to suit your needs in Guernsey and Jersey. Skipton International is one of the largest providers of residential mortgages in the Channel Islands, where our customer centric approach and fast decision making is valued by ever increasing numbers of borrowers.

Moneyfacts.co.uk is entirely independent and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority for mortgage, credit and insurance products. Winning this award is a recognition of the consistently high levels of service, and long-term stable rates we offer our savings customers. Offshore accounts are an integral part of our business; we look after the savings of Channel Islanders, Isle of Man residents and British expats from more than 100 countries around the world.

We also won the Mortgage Introducer ‘Mortgage Employer of the Year’ award in 2022 and 2023. Skipton International was the very first Channel Island bank to have subscribed to the United Nations Environmental Programme Finance Initiative.
