Customer Experience Representative

Overview

Skipton International is a dynamic, locally run bank. As part of our ongoing growth, we are adding a new role of Customer Experience Representative. This role would suit an individual who has previous experience in root cause analysis and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in the most appropriate manner in line with Skipton’s internal framework for complaints; policies and procedures
  • Provide a compliant and high level of service to minimise occasions where complaints and disputes escalate, including to the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman
  • Role model outstanding customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues, tailoring to customer’s needs depending on their circumstances
  • Share knowledge and expertise across customer operations and the rest of Skipton to identify improvements to customer and colleague experience
